March NewsletterHello everyone and welcome to our March newsletter. In this issue we have details of of our extra classes, an update to the studio lease situation, upcoming workshops, some special clinic offers and extra special offers to our unlimited members. The weather held out for our bootcamp this weekend and managed to rain only a couple of times during the first hike. The food was delicious and I managed to drop a notch on my belt buckle! Still places available for our March 5 day bootcamp. It will be two days of hard work, a day of detox and gentle walking and yoga followed by a day and a half of bootcamp. Sure to drop off pounds or improve your fitness levels. The idea behind the bootcamp is for the body to get a full compliment of exercise with yoga complimenting cardio and strengthening work. The down time is spent relaxing and unwinding your mind.I am very sorry to say time has run out on Studio 1. My landlady has put an add in daft.ie and I am about to take up the floor and heating this week. Although the law change is weeks away, she is no longer prepared to wait. Thank you so much for all your hard work trying to change the legal situation. I have huge emotional attachment to that studio, but I am positive that something new will be on the horizon. I am actively seeking new premises now in the local area to take on a long term lease or buy. In the meantime, we have studio 2 which is also a lovely venue. I do have to make some improvements and plan to add a few things. These include an air conditioning and ventilation system to get more cool air into the studio during the classes. I will also have to limit the class size as some people are finding it too cramped. For pilates now, there will be a limit of 16 per class, so please book in advance to secure your space. Lisa Wilkinson In this issue:
