What level of class suits me?
- Level I: A beginners class. An essential foundation for Yoga. Stretching, opening, postures, breath work and relaxation. No experience necessary.
- Level II: For more experienced students. Build on your existing practice.
- Level III: For experienced students. Build on your existing practice. For those who have done yoga for over a year. Please no beginners!
- Level IV: For advanced students. Build on your existing practice. For those who have done yoga or pilates for for over two years. Please no beginners!
