April NewsletterSpring looks like it is finally here. Hooray. Thank you everyone for your great response to our request for feedback. We have spent some time looking through your requests and have made changes to schedule and some policy changes to assist in your needs. It was a close contest for the winner of the two months free unlimited pass but it looks like Mark Devine gave the best set of useful answers with a great idea for encouraging home practice. He will get the two months unlimited pass and everyone else will get a 5 euro voucher for massage We are going to resume the Saturday level IV Pilates class, bring back weekend classes and start early morning classes at 7am to give you time to get to work. The ventilation system is ready to be installed in the studio and should be up in the next week. Class sizes are being reduced and courses will have to be made up within the 8 week period to avoid makes up classes extending into the next course. Importantly, we are going to limit online booking for evening drop-in classes to those with unlimited passes or who have a valid class pass with credit. This will ensure space for our regulars. We are also starting Children's classes in May for 4-7 year olds to start with. Please join us at our new classes to ensure their success. To celebrate we will have a week with a selection of Free classes in May so you can try them for yourselves. If anyone can recommend a local handy man I would really appreciate it, I have been waiting for three weeks for mine to come along and do some jobs including installing the fans. So if you know anyone local and reliable, please let us know. Finally, we have some space left on the yoga/meditation and vegetarian cookery weekend. For those of you who want to get away from the hectic pace of life in Dublin and head down to Tipperary for some chill out time. The retreat will run from Fri 18th April – Sun 20th April. News Infant
Massage Course Infant massage is an ancient tradition that has been practised for centuries in India, which has been rediscovered throughout the West. Clinical evidence shows that infant massage has positive effects for caregivers and infants and has an important impact on their development. It is through our senses that all human beings interact with their environment.
