Important changes to unlimited passes

Thank you so much those of you who gave us feedback about the unlimited passes. We have listened to you and would now like to introduce the new changes.

The main objective is to increase your enjoyment of the studio and make classes more accessible to everyone who wants to participate. The incidence of those not showing up or cancelling at the last count, has now reached a critical level so this now must be addressed to ensure people get the classes they wish to take. Roughly 5 per class are now not showing up.

So based on your feedback the following changes will be implemented by Wednesday 28th of September which gives us a couple of weeks to get used to them:

  • You can now book a month ahead, no matter when your automatic payment comes out. Before this was limited to within your window of visa payments.
  • The cancellation window has changed from 24 to 4 hours.
  • Cancellations after that time will be considered a “late cancellation”. Classes can be cancelled via your account online, or if you have no access via the text service 086 229 4678. (please note this is dedicated for cancellation only,

“It was only when at The elbowroom that during my mum and baby yoga class the teacher tested my stomach muscles. I was alarmed to feel a three finger gap between my muscles,” said one client. “I was experiencing back pain and seeing a bulge appearing on my tummy when doing sit ups.

In response, over the past 24 months we have developed a full treatment protocol with … Read More
