Many clients are turning up with colds and flus. For some, it’s their second one in as many weeks. If you have an existing medical condition it is even more important to shift these irritating infections more quickly, none of us enjoy being under the weather.
Here are a few tips that you can put into place if you have already come down with the snuffles.’
A great recipe for sore throats:
- Peel chop and boil ginger with sliced lemon (leave on the skin on the lemon). Boil the ginger until the water becomes golden or the ginger is soft.
There is nothing quite so common that presents in my clinic room as stress. We are all very well aware that at certain times we may feel stress. It is an inevitable part of life. However, it does become a significant health concern when periods of stress become on going.
