Our Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training course starts this weekend.
We have two spaces left and would like to offer them for free to parents of children with ASD, Dyspraxia – DCD, Down Syndrome or SPD.

Due to popular demand The elbowroom is delighted to announce a new course for beginners gymnastics. All children (aged 7-12) start at beginner’s level, where they master the basics of floor and vaulting skills.
The flexibility, strength and balance gained from gymnastics will be beneficial across all sports from football and rugby to dancing and ice skating. It’s a fun way to improve kids skills across these fields. The classes are taught in a friendly manner and having fun the most important part of the class.… Read more
In the coming months The elbowroom will be hosting a therapeutic yoga training course and we’re looking for kids with additional needs to participate in the making of 4 training videos. The videos will assist with course delivery and the awareness of benefits of the therapy.
If you know any children who would like to participate please contact us.
In return for taking the time to help with the videos each child will be given 4 free yoga therapy sessions and a free healthy juice from our new juice bar on the first day the videos are being made.… Read more
Sunshine & Teen club are back especially for children & teenagers with dyspraxia, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing difficulties. We develop sensory motor planning skills to build confidence in functional tasks. We use a sensory integrated approach combined with yoga therapy.

Join our ever popular Music classes for toddlers & babies. Great for kids who are walking steadily up to 3.5 years old. Mini Jam is a fun and interactive music, singing and movement class starts at 10.30am each Friday. We also run a class for babies @ 11.30am on Fridays a fun and interactive music, singing and movement class for 0 to wobblers.
