You can view our therapy schedule online, and check our ‘Clinic’ section on the elbowroom website which gives information about therapists, the therapies they offer and the cost per session. The online schedule also allows you to check the current availability of therapists.
Please book appointments in advance either in online here person or by calling Reception on 01 6779859. If you cannot get through, please leave a short message with your name and number and one of our receptionists will call you back. Credit card and laser card payments are accepted for therapies (we take debit or credit card details to secure your first booking).
Online appointments are provisional bookings for a time of your choice. The Clinic manager will then contact you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours, or sooner if it is a same day appointment.
• 24 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Please call reception on 01 6779859.
• If you do not turn up for an appointment or have cancelled with less than 24 hours, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.
Usually our therapists are booked well in advance, however due to last minute cancellations, we may be able to accommodate walk ins or same day requests.
If you are seeing a therapist for the first time we will need to take your full contact details and will also ask you for a debit or credit card number. Card details are taken to secure the booking for all clients who are new to a particular therapist. If you have seen other therapists or are a regular participant in our classes, this is still required.
No payment will be taken from your card unless you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours of the appointment.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming the details of your first appointment, including date, time, therapist and therapy, unless there is not time to do so before your appointment. Appointment cards can be requested from reception to help you remember your appointment details and you will also be sent a text the day before your appointment to allow you to confirm your booking.
If the appointment you require is not available, we can add you to a waiting list, and we will call you if an appointment becomes available.
