If you are unsure which is the best course of treatment for you, make use of a free 20 minute consultation with our clinic advisor who can best determine a plan for you.

Many of our treatments are covered by your health insurance. For those who have a medical card, The elbowroom clinic has a community clinic running on select days where fees are reduced.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for people in need of our care.

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require 24 hours advance notice. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person access to care.

For first appointments at the clinic we will ask for credit card details to secure the booking but shall take no payments from the card. If it’s necessary to cancel and you do not give advance notice we will then take the full fee to cover lost time and income to the therapist. We apologise if this seems harsh but we want to offer the best service to both our staff and our clients.
