Tips on safe and effective First Aid

The elbowroom resident homeopath Lee Ní Chinneide will provide an insight into the basic practice of first aid and acute prescribing in homeopathy, so that you can use it in everyday situations at home, at work and on holiday – for yourself, family and friends. You will also be given directions on how to choose and give the remedy.

A small kit will be available to buy at the end of the talk including all the remedies covered on the day.

Places are limited, so please book online to secure your place.
