July Newsletter
Big thanks to everyone for supporting Cultivate's Health and Yoga Day, held on June 21st. The day was a huge success and
people came along in droves to sample free classes, treatments and workshops.
We understand that some people are currently feeling the pinch with rising
outgoings on petrol, utilites and mortgage payments and may be finding
it difficult to keep up their classes. If you feel you fall into this
category and would like to avail of our new economy rate, please send
an e-mail explaining your circumstances to info@the-elbowroom.com.
We know important yoga and exercise are for keeping stress levels at bay and although I dont want to join the press in talking down the economy, I know people are feeling a pinch. So if our prices or price increases are prohibiting you from still enjoying your classes, please let me know and we will give a discount.
Thanks to Aine who recently finished working on Reception and has gone
to work with the Dublin Theatre Festival. Thanks to Michael for all his
work with the body conditioning classes recently. Welcome to Denise who
is now teaching the body conditioning classes and the early morning Vinyasa
class. Congratulations to Melissa who is currently expecting her second
baby.
I am looking for people to help with setting up a non for profit, especially

appreciated and can be swapped for classes if necessary!
Finally, in the interests of the environment, we are going to ban disposable coffee cups in the building so
