The elbowroom has an extensive range of classes for all ages and abilities. We offer such an eclectic mix to enable you to find something that will suit you. If you need any advice, please contact our class advisor [link - class advisor] who can point you in the right direction. Whether you are looking for gentle hatha yoga, or an advanced Pilates class, pregnancy yoga or infant massage we have it for you.
Select the level of class that most suits you. It is best not to dive into the deep end but start off any class at a beginners level. Most of our classes are drop-in. This means we trust you to judge the best level for you. If you need advice, please contact our class advisor [link] who will point you in the right direction
Foundation – These classes will go through the very basics. They are suitable for anyone who hasn’t done the particular style of yoga or Pilates. You are also very welcome if you are a bit rusty and need a refresher.
Level I or Beginners – These classes are for complete beginners or those needing a little more practice before moving onto the next level. The classes will go at an easier pace with plenty of explanations and corrections where needed.
Level II – For those who have a series of completed beginners classes and you and your teacher feel that it is time to move up to the next level. Please make sure to check with your teacher [link] or our class advisor [link] if you are unsure.
Level III – For intermediate practitioners with around 2 years or more of practice in yoga or Pilates. Please check with your teacher before advancing to this level if you need any clarifications.
Level IV – Our most advanced level of classes. For those with several years practice.
