BOOTCAMP - PACKING LIST

  1. Bottled water for full weekend (or tap water maybe be drinkable, depending on which bootcamp you do)
  2. Small Haversack for Hike to carry water so bring a bottle for water
  3. Hiking / Walking Boots (for insurance purposes, you cannot go on hikes or walks without walking boots with ankle support) therefore runners are UNSUITABLE for walks. If you do buy new boots please wear them in at home or bring blister packs.
  4. Runners for outdoor activites.
  5. Raingear (trousers and jacket)
  6. Hat, Gloves
  7. Sun cream and hat for hot days
  8. Jeans UNSUITABLE for Hikes, please bring proper trousers
  9. 4 sets Yoga/Pilates clothes, dress to sweat -Yoga/pilates clothes, wear layers so you can take stuff off as you warm up and put it back on for any relaxation
  10. Blanket for relaxation
  11. Depending on the Bootcamp, towels may be provided, please check when booking. But you have to bring your own towels for the sweatlodge.
  12. Warm comfortable clothes
  13. Yoga / Pilates mat
  14. Warm Socks
  15. For the sweat lodge: Swimming togs or old shorts/t-shirt for sweat lodge .   2 old towels required too
  16. Please make sure you eat dinner before you arrive on the Friday. No food provided until Saturday.
