Pilates

LEVELS

  • Level I - Absolute beginners. 8 week course introducing the pilates repertoire of level I matwork using the fitness circle. This foundation will create body awareness and initiate the strengthening of core stabilising muscles.
  • Level II - Progression Pilates. 8 week course introducing level II matwork and pilates on the ball. This progressive course will build on your foundation skills and start to build power into your core muscles.
  • Level III - Intermediate Pilates. 8 week course building a pilates flow using the full repertoire using fitness circles and balls. The flowing action will deepen core stability
  • Level IV - Advanced Pilates. 8 week course with full pilates series using propulsion to increase the intensity of the movements.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • New students should arrive 15 minutes early
  • Please be on time, no admittance 10 minutes after classes begin
  • Wear comfortable, light clothing
  • Please take off your shoes as you enter the studio
  • Try not to eat for two hours before class
  • Drink plenty of water before and after your class

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private Tuition is available for 1 hour or half hour. We will give a 10% discount for those who block book 6 or more sessions. A private session will :

  • Assess your requirements, flexibility and specific needs
  • Evaluate your posture
  • Build a specific tailored program to suit your own goals and requirements
  • Guide you through an individual yoga session
