CalmMama: breathe, relax, birth is a perfect way to help your body rest, relax and bring forth life.
Using breathing, visualisation and deep relaxation techniques, take a rest from the stresses and anxieties you may be feeling during pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
This workshop, suitable for any stage of your pregnancy, will help you gain an insight into how to use relaxation, breathing and hypnobirthing techniques in pregnancy and during birth.
Taught by Emily McElarney a pre and post natal yoga teacher and experienced Hypnobirthing practitioner, this workshop is a great introduction to the tools used in hypnobirthing.
The workshop focusses on many elements to support pregnancy, pre-labour, labour, birth and recovery including:
- Breathing techniques
- Deep relaxation
- Hypnobirthing methods
- Movement to calm and open
- Relaxation in active birth
