Postnatal Body Conditioning
Once you have taken time out for yourself after the birth of your baby – whether that is a couple of months or a couple of years – there is sometimes an over whelming urge to get back into shape. We are not talking about that celebrity trend to look fantastic after a few weeks – no we recommend slobbing about for as long as you can.
But it can be impossible with trying to juggle costly gym fees and baby sitting. Don’t despair.
Enjoy a combination of aerobic exercise, light weights, legs – tum and bum exercises and then a nice stretching wind down. Arrive with or without your offspring and spend some time looking after yourself.
If you bring your baby, you can always arrive early for any feeding or changing duties and then leave them in confidence in our snug creche area at the back of the room.
