At The elbowroom we have been offering a range of services for pregnancy and new mums since 2003 including:

Pregnancy yoga and Pilates classes
Birthing workshops and birth plan consultation services
Infant massage, postnatal Pilates and fitness and mum and baby yoga
Heathcare services for pregnancy, infants and new mums including physiotherapy, osteopathy, homeopathy, acupuncture, reflexology and neuromuscular therapy.

We have been in your shoes, most of us working with you will be mothers, doula’s and midwives. We have all experienced the highs and lows and those extra special challenges you might face. So, don’t put up with heartburn, or a sore back or pelvis, if you baby is not feeding well or their head is still a funny shape, if their poo goes green! We know what to do and how to help you and your baby.
