  €540 or €505 early bird price extra €30 for Thursday night stay

  All rooms are twin - Train to limerick Junction with Taxi to centre a great option too.

5% discount for every extra friend you bring, €150 deposit secures space.

All participants must be 18 or over.

Please note that we may ask for a Doctor's letter to ensure you are fully able to participate in all activites.   You must complete and sign the medical form .

All participants must complete and post both the registration and medical form.

A non-refundable deposit of €150 is to accompany this booking .  
We accept cash, cheque (made out to: The elbowroom) and credit card/laser cards (please note a €3 transaction charge is added to all credit card bookings).
