The Timetable
1 Day Programme - Bootcamp Blast
Arrive on the Sunday am 6:45am and depart
on the that day at 4:30pm.
Optionally you can stay overnight on the saturday or Sunday for an extra charge.
Sunday
Day 1: hiking, lunch, yoga, fitness, pilates, body conditioning
3 Day Programme
Arrive on the Thu evening at or 7am Friday
and depart on the Sunday at 3:15pm.
Friday - Monday
Day 1: yoga, hiking, fitness, pilates, body conditioning, relaxation
Day 2: yoga, hiking, fitness, pilates, body conditioning, relaxation
Day 3: yoga, hiking, stretch, relaxation
5 Day Programme
Arrive on the Wednesday evening ready for a Thursday 7am and depart on the Monday at 3:15pm.
Wednesday - Sunday
Day 1: yoga, hiking, fitness, pilates, relaxation
Day 2: yoga, hiking, fitness, pilates, relaxation
Day 3: fast, yoga, silent meditation walk, massage treatments, guided meditation
Day 4: yoga, hiking, fitness, pilates, relaxation
Day 5: yoga, hiking, stretch, relaxation
