Founded in 2003 by Lisa Wilkinson, The elbowroom provide professional yoga teacher certification with comprehensive courses and qualified teachers from Ireland and abroad. All of our courses are accredited and full insurance is available upon successful completion to our students.

Our team of instructors are amongst the most experienced practitioners and teachers in Ireland. We endeavour to provide quality courses to our students and are constantly updating and reviewing course content and material .
