TRAINING

The elbowroom is an accredited training centre providing yoga, pre & postnatal and pilates teacher training. We will also be providing therapies training in 2007.

We currently have 25 students who have completed their Ashtanga yoga teacher training and another 14 waiting the results of 2007 training. We will be announcing our 2007-2008 programme soon!

We are also now providing pre & postnatal training from May 2007.
