BOOTCAMP - TYPES

We offer one, three and five day camps in various locations in Ireland and Portugal. If you are looking for weight loss, expect to shed between 5-10lbs during our 3 day course, or up to 15lbs in our 5 day course.

Our camps are tailored to suit both your taste and budgets. These are:

  • Bootcamp Blasts - One day bootcamps to kick start your fitness or health program. Arrive early in the morning and leave at the end of the day. Optionally you can book accomodation before or after your camp to be more refreshed!
  • 3 Day Camps - 2 full days of exercise and one 3/4 day. Another great way to boost your fitness or start a weight loss program. Each day is packed with exercise.
  • 5 Day Camps - 4 full days of exercise and one day of fruit fasts, gentle walking and meditation. If you are looking for fast results this camp promises to make that difference!

Each of our camps comes in two varieties. These are:

  • Back to Basics Bootcamp - For those used to independent travelling, with an emphasis on walking and fitness. Break your boundaries and not your budget.

  • Creature Comforts Bootcamp - For those who would like to try a different way of living and eating, but with a touch of style.
