We are delighted to host this guest workshop at The elbowroom.
During this workshop, we will explore different ways of opening and softening the heart through yoga asana, breath, music and poetry. The Sufis say you are a real Sufi when your heart is as soft as wool. And many mystics, gurus and poets talk about the importance of the heart and how it is our way to freedom and love.
Lorraine has been a dedicated Yogini and lover of Truth for over a couple of decades. She offers Transformational Yoga Trainings and Retreats around the globe and already has trained many to become successful teachers. She is dedicated to helping people find freedom through Yoga and also specialises in guiding women to embody the practice from their feminine essence. A fully qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Tantra Yoga instructor with a multitude of advanced trainings and thousands of teaching hours to her credit, her teaching biography ranges from the Yoga Journal Conference in Moscow to private sessions in her own home.
During the last few years, she has been immersed in Self Enquiry with different masters while exploring her love of Devotional Kirtan from the Bhakti Yoga tradition. She now lives at the Ohinetahi Retreat Centre in New Zealand where she is immersed full time in the living of Truth and self-enquiry. She loves to share everything she has understood and integrated in order to help others find more freedom and beauty in their lives.
