More recently, it refers to someone who offers emotional and physical support to a woman and her partner before, during and after childbirth. In Ireland a Doula is a woman who provides a Doula service usually for a fee.

The elbowroom is running 4 weeks of summer kids camp (ages from 4-10 years old). Full days of arts, crafts, games, yoga, dancing and as much outdoor activity as weather permits.
A great selection of activities for all primary school aged children to help build confidence, foster creativity, building friendships in a community of children and facilitators.
Time spent outdoors

Parenting teens- Being the calm in the storm
There’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes! The same can be said for the teenage years; what can appear to be a dramatic and difficult change in your relationship with your child is, in fact, their opportunity to develop the vital tools of adulthood and you, the parent, are their safety net.
This workshop will look at the incredible changes that are happening in your child’s brain, and equip you with tools that you can use to help your relationship with them while supporting them through these milestones.
Pitch Perfect singing lessons!
The emphasis of this music class is on fun, confidence building, finding our voice, teamwork, appreciation of music, learning rhythms and sounds and performance.
There will be a performance to parents of one song per month. There will be instruments!
No previous musical or singing experience necessary.
