Mum and Baby Yoga

The elbowroom offers a range of Yoga classes for new mums with the added benefit of being able to bring your baby to the centre. Yes we are child friendly!

Bring your baby along to a fun Yoga class and meet other mums. This class will focus on restoring your shape and physical well-being after child birth.

Open to mothers after their post partum check-up (6 weeks or 10 for a C-section). We will concentrate classes on targeting specific areas such as upper back, pelvic floor, abdominals etc. Your baby can enjoy postures along side you or be part of the posture.

During the Yoga class we will also be doing some targeted Pilates exercises to help with pelvic floor firming and abdominal tone.

The elbowroom has an extensive range of classes for all ages and abilities. We offer such an eclectic mix to enable you to find something that will suit you. If you need any advice, please contact our class advisor who can point you in the right direction.
