For many years now midwives have told us they know the mothers who do pregnancy yoga classes as birth preparation.
Not only are you going to be more focused, but also in better shape for the marathon that is pregnancy and childbirth.
Pregnancy yoga also is known as prenatal yoga is a fantastic way to prepare your body and mind for birth and motherhood. The classes comprise of a series of exercises that will help your body cope with the huge changes going on and prepare for the birth of your baby or babies.
You are welcome to join pregnancy yoga classes in your second and third trimesters. If you are still in your first trimester, we can run a private class for you before your body and energy levels are good to embark on the energetic yet revitalising.
Classes are held on Monday mornings, Wednesday evenings & Saturday mornings. You will learn a series of exercises that will help your body adapt and prepare for the birth of your baby or babies.
