Restorative and Deep Relaxation Yoga for Pregnancy

For pregnant women, whose bodies and minds are constantly working to literally create life inside of them, restorative yoga is a perfect way to help your body rest and regenerate in order to complete this profound and instinctual task of creation.
Restorative yoga also allows your mind a rest from the stresses and anxieties you may be feeling during pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
Enjoy our relaxing class at any stage of your pregnancy. During the class you will be supported by blankets, pillows, cushions and bean bags. Allowing your body to open, unwind and destress and your baby to thrive on your relaxed energy. Along with postures we will use specific breathing techniques to slow down and recharge your mind.
This workshop will focus on many elements to support pre-labour, labour, birth, pushing and recovery including:

- Hypno birthing methods
- Movement to calm
- Relaxation in active birth
