Dates and Times

Bookings are now being taken for our 200-hour blended leaning, Yoga course starting on the 22nd September 2021. 

The course runs part time over 1 year giving time for deep immersive learning and space for reflection and study.
The dates are particularly suitable for students who wish to incorporate yoga into their already busy lives at a comfortable pace.

200 hour SLOW FLOW Yoga- a myofascial perspective.
11 month course September 2021 to July 2022 
Blended learning schedule
  • Wednesday evenings 6pm to 9pm 
  • One Saturday per month (5 hours per day) 
  • One week intensive in person (9am – 5.30pm
