Are you interested in starting your 200-hour Yin Yang teacher training? Would you like to spend a year deepening your practice in Ireland’s most established training school?

Why not come along to this free open session? It will be a great opportunity to meet the teachers, experience their teaching style and find out more about the course curriculum.

This 12-month yoga alliance UK accredited course is open to all yoga students who have been practicing Yoga for two or more years. Our experienced instructors will bring you through an integrated yoga training. Vinyasa flow, based on the power of yang, as the foundation of our asana practice. An introduction to Restorative Yoga will be included to integrate a yin quality to bring balance and calm into your body, practice and teaching.

So pop along in your sweats, enjoy a free optional yoga class and meet and greet our lovely teachers.

Lisa opened The elbowroom in February 2003. Mother to Tuilelaith and Sean, director of The elbowroom and with a crew of over 60 staff, she is a busy bee. Lisa leads a team committed to bringing health and vitality to all of her clients. Lisa currently teaches in our yoga training programs and oversees pregnancy yoga and mum & baby yoga. Lisa works hard developing healthy food choices for Yin & Tonic @ The elbowroom. She specialises paediatric and pregnancy with workshops, yoga therapy, and craniosacral therapy.

The elbowroom has an extensive range of classes for all ages and abilities. We offer such an eclectic mix to enable you to find something that will suit you. If you need any advice, please contact our class advisor who can point you in the right direction.
