April Krautner

April grew up performing as an actor, dancer and choreographer. Having a passion for movement, it felt like a natural progression to Pilates. After years of dance and Yoga training, April started to notice small injuries creeping up and couldn’t figure out what was causing them. She popped into a Reformer Pilates class and the balance of building strength alongside mobility was exactly what was needed.

April’s teaching style uses contemporary spins on classical Pilates exercises. Taking inspiration from her dance background, you can find a sense of playfulness and strong movement in April’s classes helping to build strength to support your flexibility.
