About twelve months ago, having held leadership roles in Learning & Development and Executive Education for over 20 yrs, I left the corporate world and travelled to India to complete my 200hr Ashtanga & Vinyasa yoga teacher training. I have always had a passion for learning and personal development. Hence, I’ve spent the past year immersing myself in learning about yoga philosophy and researching those who have taken the path to find true purpose. In March, as often happens when you’re open and aligned with your purpose, an opportunity arose that led me to The Elbowroom where I worked as a karma yogi. I now work part time in the studio and thoroughly enjoy spending time with the yoga community in Stoneybatter. Whilst working in Executive Education I was privileged enough to have been involved in organising and attending masterclasses, workshops and courses delivered by some of the most highly recognised and respected experts in the world, from both the business, academic, political and sporting arenas. I now want to take the best of what I’ve learnt from both the corporate and yoga worlds, and from my own personal experience, to help people like you achieve your goals, find purpose and lead a more fulfilled life.
I use the practical tools and techniques I’ve learnt along the way to help ignite the potential in you and help you start to explore this next exciting chapter of your life. The rest is up to you!
So…’Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?’…Mary Oliver, The Summer Day.
