Carmel Doyle

Carmel Doyle, the founder of Soul Warrior Yoga (@soulwarrior_yoga), began her journey in 2018, driven by a desire to explore yoga as a means to nurture the mind, body, and soul. Seeking respite from her demanding 9-5 technology job in London, where she served prestigious Luxury Fashion brands such as Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors, Carmel found solace and inspiration in the practice of yoga and mindful techniques.

As a dynamic vinyasa, prenatal, and postnatal yoga instructor, Carmel infuses her classes with energy and positivity, complemented by her passion for incorporating music into her teachings. Trained at London Yoga for her 200 Hour Teacher Training and The Elbowroom in Dublin for prenatal yoga, Carmel’s expertise extends to meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra practices, creating a holistic experience for her students.

Carmel’s classes and workshops are renowned for their diverse themes, each designed to cater to various needs and interests. From stress-relieving hip openers to empowering flows, gentle beginners’ sessions to anxiety management, and explorations into chakras and self-love, Carmel’s offerings encompass a wide spectrum of wellness practices.

Throughout the years, Carmel has curated a myriad of event themes, including but not limited to, harnessing the energy of changing seasons, integrating yoga with music, celebrating solstices, fostering loving-kindness, and delving into the realms of yoga astrology and healing modalities.

From heart-opening flows to moon salutations, kids’ yoga to Tibetan-inspired flows, Yin Yoga to Hatha, Carmel’s versatile approach ensures there’s something for everyone on their journey to holistic well-being through Soul Warrior Yoga.
