My journey into Barre, Pilates, and Yoga commenced in 2016 while working as a Personal Trainer. I instantly fell in love with Barre and Pilates; those classes consistently left me feeling empowered and strong. The dance element in Barre is my favorite, allowing me to infuse fun while also reaping the benefits of Pilates moves.
I attained my Yoga qualification in Greece in 2019, deepening my understanding of the body and mind connection. All these classes hold a special place for me, emphasizing the significant connection to oneself and others, as well as the joy derived from the practice.
