An active and healthy lifestyle has always been part of Kasia’s life as she’s coming from a sport loving family. Skiing, running and cycling dominated her childhood and early adult life.
After moving to Dublin she started exploring other sports and discovered many other disciplines that she cannot live without now – climbing, yoga and Pilates; with the last one becoming part of her professional life. She loves sharing her passion with clients and has a natural gift for teaching.
Coming from a corporate world, she understands the challenges of the modern lifestyle – lack of time, being too tired to exercise, stress. Through her teaching, Kasia is able to motivate everyone to maintain a healthy body and be able to enjoy life pain-free.
