Whenever my head was full, I went to yoga. I started practicing in 2007 and got properly hooked in 2011 as I developed a steady practice at my favourite yoga school in Amsterdam. Juvamukti & Iyengar inspired strong & spiritual flow helped me ‘burn the fluctuations’ of the mind and to open up the body. Alongside a fast-paced job in media, time with the yogic community felt like bliss. The more I practiced, the more things in my life started to shift.

I became a big fan of deep rest silent meditations retreats. I started to stretch the periods of ‘diving inwards’ from an hour a day to weeks on end, as I sought spiritual guidance from teachers in the Netherlands, Spain and India. I’ve found the practice of zen, and of self-enquiry some of the most powerful tools to increase mental flexibility & equilibrium.

End of 2017 I obtained my 500hr Vinyasa yoga teaching certificate. I’ve had the pleasure of teaching several styles of flow, meditation & breathwork ever since, in both Amsterdam and Dublin.

After moving to Dublin in 2019 with my partner, I was pregnant with our first baby. I yet again wanted to support this shift with yoga training. When my baby was due, I graduated as a Prenatal yoga teacher. As I was postpartum, I trained in Postnatal Mum & Baby yoga & the wisdom of the female cycle with Mujer Ciclica. When I was pregnant with my second I advanced my Prenatal trainings focussing on restorative yoga and the energetic body. All the while teaching other pregnant & postpartum mums like myself.

After now finishing my maternity leave, I’m back to support all of you on YOUR journey. Incubation leads to inspiration. Let’s cocoon & transform. Let’s shift… See you on the mat.
