Balsekar, enlightened sage and teacher of Advaita Vedanta. She has an MA in English Literature and Language. As a teacher, her goal is to help students develop a practice in harmony with their unique constitution and inner truth. Since yoga is much more than asana, she believes in expanding her students awareness of the vast tradition of yoga and introducing them to traditional practices beyond the asana. Honouring the innate wisdom in every student, she creates a sacred space, a peaceful and supportive atmosphere where students can explore who they are and move beyond limiting belief patterns. She helps students discover the Oneness between “life” and “the mat”, between body and spirit, so that the empowerment which flows from the practice brings to their lives an abundance of Joy, Creativity, Acceptance, Trust and Love.
