Having always had an interest in training and exercise, from practicing Martial Arts at a high level, to playing rugby, swimming and taking part in athletics while at school, Peter then went on to undertake Military training in South Africa. Afterwards he worked in the private Security Industry for many years before starting a family. Realising that he needed to turn his hobby into his career, he qualified as a personal trainer in 2007, and then as a Pilates Instructor in 2015.
Peter has a passion for Pilates in particular and callisthenics and body movement in general. He believes in finding the joy in training and moving your body, not just looking for a quick fix, but rather embarking on a journey to improve your overall mobility and quality of life.
