Silvio Barlette
Silvio’s yoga has been deeply inward, reflective, and spiritually rich beginning with Japa Meditation in Ireland in 2012, and unfolding through the sacred rhythms of India. From the shores of Goa to the mountains of Rishikesh and the quiet palms of Kerala, he’s gathered over 600 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Breathwork and Holistic Therapy (Ireland)
Each step deepened his connection to the self, shaping a teaching style that flows with quiet strength, steady and spacious, an invitation to move gently, yet deeply, from the heart. For Silvio, yoga is not just movement, it’s a return to presence, a quiet invitation to listen, feel, and be.
He uses the fluidity of Vinyasa and Hatha Flow to help awaken and inspire this connection to ourselves and the world around us.
Silvio’s approach to life is much like his approach to yoga – full of curiosity, gentleness, and playfulness.
Silvio sees yoga as a life-changing tool. Much more than just a physical activity, the practice of yoga involves mental transformation.
