I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 2014, having completed trainings in Ireland, Portugal, Spain and New York.
I teach vinyasa flow and hatha yoga with an emphasis on strength and dynamic movement. Yoga is my passion and I love teaching it. Since the first day I stepped inside a studio as a student I knew I’d eventually end up teaching. I initially kept going for the fitness element but I have stayed for the layers within yoga. Practicing mindfulness and meditation has helped my anxiety.
For me yoga is a shared experience, I love sharing what I have learned with the students in my class and I love that practice teaches me something new everytime I step on the mat.
