3 Restorative Yoga Poses To Practice In Your Living Room

Life is full of challenging moments, that often lead to stress, putting pressure on our nervous system and unsettling our emotional balance.

In these Spring months we use sleep to release tension and sort our memories and emotions. Restorative yoga highlights the importance of sleep. A healthy practice helps you to relax your muscles, relieve joint aches and lower your heart rate, transitioning the mind and body quickly from stress mode to calm. Over time you can teach yourself to relax consciously. Improving powers of attention, flexibility and concentration.

The amazing Sophia Pallaro will be hosting two Restorative Workshops over the next 3 weekends (Sunday 10/04, Sunday 24/04) which are perfect for either the complete novice or practiced Yogi. The Easter and Mid-Term holidays can take so much from you, it’s time to give something back. Come and rejuvenate your body and mind.

If you’re unable to make our workshops try these three great poses in the comfort of your own home. Try holding each pose for 5 – 10 minutes.
