Backbends – A Step By Step Guide with Aga

Learn backbends with skill and confidence, safely guided by Aga, ex-contortionist and yoga teacher.

Challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone, only to expand it and turn your weakness into your strength.

You will move at your own pace to open your heart and your shoulders. We’ll focus on creating more space in the spine and build a strong base for safe, yet fun back-bending. During this workshop, we will progressively work on building knowledge of the main back-bending yoga postures, deepen your body awareness and technical skills on how to do it right.

This interactive workshop will lift you up, open your chest, mobilise your spine and energize your whole body.
