2 Day Intensive Barre & Bone Health Training

This is a 2-day CPD training in Barre exercise for under and over 55’s. Bringing Pilates Method up to standing and yoga to a place of dynamic movement, this course will give you the tools to teach standing Barre classes to a wide audience.

Day 1 Bone health 2pm-7pm

Day 1 will introduce you to the benefits of standing barre exercises for all ages- including women over 55 and anyone needing bone density exercises or balance strategies. This is a great way to introduce the less experienced student to exercise of this nature. we want you to know that Barre is not just for the young. All ages should aspire to grace and agility.

Day 2 Healthy 3 Dimensional Movement 9:30am-5:30pm

Day 2 will incorporate the full range of standing exercises for healthy 3-dimensional movement. Challenging the legs, arms and core equally. Introducing co-ordination and rhythm. Essential to a healthy myofascial system.
