Candlelight Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Anna Olsson

Do you need to unwind after a long week? This workshop is the perfect antidote to a build-up of stress and strain.

We will begin with a guided meditation to allow ourselves to arrive at this dreamy practice, a combination of Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra. This workshop will consist of a series of passive floor poses working into the lower part of the body, energetically improving and enhancing the flow of chi in the body.

This is a simple practice, but not necessarily easy, as Yin yoga delves into our body targeting our deepest muscles and our connective tissues. It is a quiet practice as it allows us to be present and to look to the inner self.

We will complete the practice with Yoga Nidra also known as yogic sleep which is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. This is the perfect antidote for anxiety, tension stress and the busy lives we live.

We hope after this workshop that you will float out feeling calm, nurtured, and completely relaxed.
