Using progressive postures and breathing technique, we will work on finding more length in our bodies and discovering the connection between building muscle strength and flexibility.
This 2-hour workshop will be taught by Agnieszka Chojnacka (Aga) who is an ex-contortionist and acrobat. She will safely guide you through a warm-up and several different yoga postures, working toward better understanding of your body and a deepening of your personal practice. This workshop will look at opening your hips and elongating the hamstrings and will contain a warmup, work on splits, cool-down and relaxation.
