Kundalini Workshop – Light into Winter Darkness

The time of year of diminishing light and colder temperatures challenges us both energetically and emotionally.

It becomes increasingly hard to stay motivated, to take action and keep our spirits high. Yet winter is also a time of hibernation and provides us with the opportunity to nourish ourselves, to go inward and reflect upon what seeds to plant for spring to come.

This kundalini yoga workshop brings light into the winter darkness while exploring challenges and opportunities inherent in winter times. We will be working with kriya (particular sequence of postures) in direct relation to SAD (seasonal affective disorder), pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound current) and meditation that will uplift our spirits and release negativity and tension. Take the time to gather, share and shine. Suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.
