Unwind Your Week – Mandala Flow


Mandala translates as “completion” or “sacred-circle”.

Join me for a fun and exciting Mandala flow sequence.

A Mandala flow involves awakening the body slowly from within and then moving into a dynamic and invigorating sequence where you will begin to travel 360 degrees around your mat.

Using the mind, body and breath to take you through a complete circular yoga journey that will leave you feeling energized and centred for the week.

The elbowroom has an extensive range of classes for all ages and abilities. We offer such an eclectic mix to enable you to find something that will suit you. If you need any advice, please contact our class advisor who can point you in the right direction.
