Meditation and Yin Yoga Workshop
Take the time to slow down and connect to your inner calm. We must provide a structure to allow for flow. This workshop will focus on meditative techniques, that connect us to the kindness, compassion and wisdom within with Angela Monks.
Yin is a gentle form of yoga performed to stretch and target both the deep connective tissue and fascia throughout the body, allowing us to explore the space within the body, releasing and letting go of any tension.
