This amazing art is open to everyone if you have not tried Qi Gong before then not to worry it is open to everyone.Although there are thousands of Qi Gong exercises, they all involve three elements, namely form “Jing”, energy “Qi” and mind “Shen”. These three elements are also the “three treasures” of a person. In other words, every human has form, energy, and mind. Qi Gong training develops all these three essential elements of a person.
