The many benefits of Qi Gong can be classified into four main areas:

  • Promotes physical and emotional health
  • Develops fitness and vitality, which is used not only in martial arts and sports but also in our daily work and play
  • Ensures longevity
  • Enhances mental freshness.

There are three main approaches to achieve these aims, namely, graceful body exercises to achieve health, breathing techniques to develop vitality, and meditation to train the mind. This amazing art is open to everyone if you have not tried Qi Gong before then not to worry it is open to everyone.Although there are thousands of Qi Gong exercises, they all involve three elements, namely form “Jing”, energy “Qi” and mind “Shen”. These three elements are also the “three treasures” of a person. In other words, every human has form, energy, and mind. Qi Gong training develops all these three essential elements of a person.
