Spring Forward – Pilates & Yoga Intensive
Join us for an intensive boot-camp of tailored classes and healthy eating. We’ve combined the best of our Pilates, body conditioning, yoga and meditation classes. All with delicious healthy snacks to keep you going.
This 3.5-hour workshop includes the following:
- Delicious fresh juice & snacks.
- Expertly-led class with Peter McCallum incorporating a mix of Foam Rolling, Pilates, Mobility work and Tabata.
- Strengthening and energising yoga class with Kim Knowles finishing with a 30 mins yoga Nidra.
- Great techniques for meditation and deep relaxation to keep stress at bay.
