This fun and interactive workshop will explore your yoga practice through a concept called, Be Activated.
Be Activated awakens muscles by stimulating the nerve supply. It helps to release tight muscles and re-balance them to enable you to move through your yoga practice with ease and with grace.
Be Activated is a revolutionary approach to correcting musculoskeletal imbalances. It’s a simple, effective and measurable method of addressing pain, improving performance and restoring balance and is an empowering tool for everyone. It will help you to move easier be connected, which is exactly what we are looking for in our yoga practice.
We’ll practice hip and heart openers, progressing deeper and stronger whilst staying present and mindful. We will practice in a way that nourishes the body, hydrates our connective tissue, mobilises the spine and strengthens you from within.
The workshop will finish with a guided meditation that will focus on the healing flow of ‘Prana,’ our life force. This workshop is for everybody. Beginners welcome.
