Stronger within – Yoga & Activation techniques

We are delighted to have Bev Porrino bringing a new workshop to The elbowroom on March 12th. She is combining techniques that free up those caught up muscles that restrict your movement, with great yoga stretches and strengthening moves to get you feeling flexible again!

This fun and interactive workshop will explore your yoga practice through a concept called, Be Activated. Be Activated awakens muscles by stimulating the nerve supply. It helps to release tight muscles and re-balance them to enable you to move through your yoga practice with ease and with grace.
